Supervisor - Helly Hansen - Gloucester Quays - FT Salary dependent on experience

Helly Hansen Gloucester Quays is currently looking for a full time supervisor. This role requires applicants to be reliable, trustworthy and honest. Successful applicants will have at least 2 years retail and customer service experience and also a good knowledge of the brand. You will be required to work up to 40 hours per week and work at least one day on the weekend.

Coffee Shop Supervisor - Presto Pasty - Gloucester Quays - FT £6.28/hr

Hours: 40hrs per week. 2 days off. Weekends compulsory
To assist in ensuring company standards are achieved and maintained within the store. To deputise in the managers absence having responsibility for the shop and its team and their actions. To role model behavior expected by the team and deliver high standards of customer service. To help train and coach team members. To be responsible for opening and closing the shop as well as completing the shop’s cashup and banking.

Candidate requirements: At least 6 months supervisory experience ideally in a customer facing role.

Sales Assistant - Gloucester Antiques Centre - Gloucester Quays

We invite applications for a sales assistant position from Monday to Friday, 11:00- 16:00. The hours proposed are a guideline only, as we work on a zero hour contract basis.

The position will include till work and customer service on the shop floor, along with covering maintenance aspects, therefore a handyman experience is essential. The position will require basic computer skills, excellent prioritizing skills, multitasking, and flexibility.

Relevant studies/experience to the antiques field are desirable, along with retail experience.
